I was glad

Now, we three were sitting on the couch. Their eyes were fixed on me.

" As I told you, I have some news. Well, the thing is that.....that we are moving by the end of the week and I am going to....I am going to transfer from school too".

Their surprise was clear in their eyes and the place of surprise was late taken by sadness of losing or despair. Lucia asked me half angrily," When did you know?"

"Yesterday evening and the house was chosen this noon".

" And you are telling us now".

" This is why I called you guys to spend some time together because in a couple of days, I would be busy again with the packing again. I wanted to spend the rest of the time with you guys since you are the only ones I have other than my brother. Are you really to get all worked up like this and it is also not that we will never contact each other ever again".

She was pissed but she agreed with me and we decided to go to the amusement park again. We decided to ride a taxi there. For a few rides like the Ferris wheel, I was allowed but because of the leg I was not allowed for the rest. They both went for the roller coaster because I insisted them to. I sat on a nearby chair looking at them.

When the ride started, I could see their hands waving towards me and their faces full of smile. I smiled at them back and soon the ride got faster and I was out of their sight because of the speed. I got up and went up to the little bridge made over an artificial river. I looked down and I could see my face and right at that moment my smile faded away.

I was about to cry once again but I stopped myself because I promised mom and my eyes were red. So, I took my crutches again and went back to the seat watching the sky. It was almost dark and the stars were starting to appear. The ride ended and they came back together. It looked like they had a good time so I told them to go to a few more rides or if they didn't want to then they could go home. I would stay here for some more time by myself.

Lucia tried to argue but Finn stopped her saying that what she said was right. So, they went back home and I was still there, alone on that bench. I decided to go the Ferris wheel again. I got a ticket and went. It was getting higher and when I was at the top, it stopped. The city seemed bright and beautiful and I was glad that I stayed back. The view was phenomenal.
