I was surprised

 He nodded in disagreement and told me that they were still searching for the bodies and when they will find it , they would contact us . I gave him a slight nod and started looking outside again . For the rest of the time , we remained silent staring outside the window thinking what else was waiting for us . in the evening , we reached home . Everything seemed different there , without them everything seemed empty . As soon as we entered , all the memories of the time we all spent together came to my mind along with the accident . 

I lied to my brother that I was going to wash up and go to bed early . He agreed and helped me to my room and told me that he was going to be in his room , so if I needed ant help I could call him . I gave him a slight nod and he left closing the door . After that , I went to use the restroom and washed up my face . I saw huge dark circles around my eyes and my skin was a shit by now . I ignored it and washed my face a couple of more times . Then I went to my bed and sat on it with my back on the wall . From the side table , I took my phone out which I didn't take to the trip . I turned it on and saw a tons of unread messages . Many of them were from Lucia and some were from Finn . Finn's messages said nothing but he sent the pictures of the trip he was on . Lucia sent a whole description along with the photos . The last photo that caught my eyes was a selfie that Lucia sent me , it was Finn and hers . And below that there was a message saying that ," I need to tell you something really quick , call me whenever you are free ". 

I somehow got the idea what she was going to say but I needed someone whom I could talk to at the moment to divert my mind , so I called her . After three rings , she picked up the phone and in her sweet voice she said ," Hello , finally you are calling . I was dying to tell you something but I will tell that to you in person . Where should we meet ?".

" You can come over to my house , right now would be better if you can " My voice was low .

She agreed to be there in an hour and we hung up . After around 15 minutes , my brother entered the room in a hurry . 

" Anna , I need to go somewhere for a while . I tried to postpone it but they are not agreeing . I told him that I would be fine since Lucia was coming in a while and he could go . He still asked me a couple of more times if I would be okay . And I gave him a slight smile and he left . After an hour , the doorbell rang . i was already seated in the living room because it would be difficult to go from my room to the door with my broken leg in one time . I went there as fast as I could and I opened the door .

I was surprised to see that Lucia came with Finn and they had the same expression on their face seeing me in that condtion...................

Still trying to digest it

 I went back to my seat an asked them how was it and they said I killed it. I hope so too. After the graduation ceremony, we clicked pictures. I was happy to see all of them happy. The feeling was surreal. After that we went home and all of us went out for dinner. Me, Diego, Petra, Paige, Brian and Petra's parents. Brian's parents could not make it to the dinner because her mother was extremely tired from the event and her father didn't want to leave her alone. After spending the one of the best days of my life, we were walking back. I went to Diego and told him slowly, "Can I visit mom and Dad tomorrow?" "Of course you can, but I will..." Borrowed Life

Lucia was watching me nervously because she knew I hated Finn . But what else could we do other than the completing the project together . We had to complete the project after completing our school classes . So we decided to go to library after classes , and we started working on the project and that didn't go too bad.  I went home , sat in front of the mirror . I used to do this quite a lot whenever I felt depressed but today it was quite a different feeling . My days were going very well with good classmates and teachers , my grades were also fine .
